About

So, what is “aSharedLife”? One of my favorite Bible verses says, “We loved you so much that we shared with you not only the Gospel, but our very lives as well” (1 Thessalonians 2:8). Real community–a sharing of lives–is elusive. People want it, talk about it, but rarely experience it. I won’t pretend that I have all the solutions, but at least I can start by sharing my own life.

I always seem to find myself in a discussion about sharing resources. One of my biggest frustrations is finding good resources and materials for doing young adult (18-20/30-something) ministry. There are a lot of resources out there, but it’s hard to sort through everything even when you mange to find them. So, this is a place where I can share the things–software, books, curriculum, etc.–that have helped me.

Technology fascinates me–maybe it’s a guy thing? Although I enjoy gadgets, I really appreciate the ones that make my life and ministry easier or more productive. So, I’ll share the things that help me do that.

So, enjoy…and please add to the conversations what you have found.
